`Every 4 weeks` vastly different from `Every 28 days`
I had a recurring todo created with every 4 weeks. As far as I see, this caused the created actions to be aligned to specific dates throughout the year (Januar 1st, Januar 29th, ...). This also means that, after completing an overdue action, it may happen that the next action is shown in just a few days.
I just changed the recurring todo to every 28 days and now everything works as expected: completing an overdue action now creates a new action (in the tickler) which is due in 28 days.
For what it's worth I think there's a necessary distinction between these two - just probably could be more clear.
For example my timesheet at work is due every Friday, which is not necessarily 7 days since the last timesheet (I might have done it early or late).
On the other hand, cleaning the washing machine drain pump filter is necessary "every 30 days" which really means 30 days since it was last done - so if I do it early or late than then it definitely should affect the subsequent tasks.
@lyonzy, I think the issue you're referring to is more like the one in #1845, so I'll reply there.
This issue is originally about 4 weeks vs. 28 days, which is actually an interesting difference. IMO there shouldn't be a difference there (1 month should be different than either of these two, though), but I'm not sure why this difference even exists – if it does. I'm quite open to any pull requests fixing this.
