feat(capture): start working on dxcam implementation

IMPORTANT: This will not work when D3DShot is also imported for whatever reason, see https://github.com/ra1nty/DXcam/issues/61

Also, it's not properly working with multiple monitors yet. It can crash because of the wrong monitor being selected
