Expandable Filter Panel

Description

An expandable filter panel for the mod list to allow for greater control and filtering over the displayed mods. Additionally, being able to select multiple mods at once for mass install/delete/update.

Solution

To be added in C# version. This will be far simpler to create within Avalonia UI as opposed to the current framework and codebase.
