Why not add /freezenear???

How? /freezenear then freeze near players. [not /fr to general...]

@Elephants111 I know you said it was to be created as a seperate command, I just was sure I remembered this functionality in /fr or another command already... I may be mistaken, but I thought there was a similar function already there...

This would be extremely helpful for rule-breakers that are around the admin, but it will need a radius to be set as well within the command.

Just to add something that it shouldn't broadcast freezing players around rather it should say in chat to the people being frozen that they have been frozen.......
