Command Blocks Could be used soon
Command Blocks could now be available to admins only using PlayerInteractEvent and getting a clicked block type. You should be able to do the same way with minecart command blocks but with getting the item.
@tylerhyperHD Yes this is true, but it's not a stable solution. If only there was a CommandBlockSetCommandEvent... Additionally, who would be able to use command blocks? Only admins, in which case there's no use, since admins can already use all the commands they need to. Or perhaps players too, in which case fully-automated spamming devices which are incredibly hard to trace are not far from trivial.
