Add Command_vanish

Issue for relevant PR Details: Emulates essentials vanish but with full TFM support.

If possible, could you please confirm if this has been made as an unofficial patch that is already running on the server, or if this is simply a suggestion for added functionality.

What is the difference between this and #856 ?

It's just adding another command into TFM instead of adding it back to Essentials. It gives you, if I'm right, just invisibility in the tab list, in the actual command /list (if not running TFM), and you would be not able to see the player unless you're an administrator or OP in an original server without TFM.

Im inclined not to reinvent the wheel. What serious benefits would this have over the essentials vanish command?
