Import World Config Freezes Torch

Describe the bug In the configuration tab, the entire application becomes unresponsive when you press "Import World Config" without a world selected. The button stays depressed, lit up blue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Torch
  2. Go to the configuration tab
  3. Press Import World Config with no world selected

Expected behavior It should either show an error to select a world, or open up a file browser to select a world.
