Add Case Sensitivity to Essentials' Cleanups

Interest edge case here, I had a user named Nobody with a lot of trash. Running !cleanup delete ownedby "Nobody" deleted all server owned grids ("nobody").

This is a request to add case sensitivity to at least the "ownedby" cleanup flag.
