Update docs link in the repo

As the title suggests, the link the repository redirects users to is dblpy.rtfd.io, an old domain that does not contain information on the newer package, topggpy.

Expected Behavior

The repository should contain the link leading to https://topggpy.rtfd.io/en/stable/. See the topggpy sub-domain. Keep in mind that https://topggpy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ leads to the documentation for 2.0.0a, not 1.4.0.

Current Behavior

The repository contains the link leading to https://dblpy.rtfd.io/.

  1. Open the repository.
  2. Look at the link in the top right corner.

@velddev Any update on this? Doesn't seem like a very hard change to fix.
