Add network manager

For as long as the settings server doesn't have a network ther should probably a GUI tool installed, that can be opened from the menu. Just as with the audio control.

Whats a suitable candidate and what needs to be configured so it works properly?

So far I have found these, but both kinda suck or don't even work :-/
