Remove dynamic scrolling in the container component in app editor

In the container component, there is an edge case of scrolling for the text area component even though the text is within the scroll range.

An ideal solution would be to remove dynamic scrolling based on the parent container component.

Reduce the gap to 5 cells instead of 10 cells.
