Can't launch unless TE version < 5.4.0, 5.4.0 was a big update

Unless you were already planning on doing this, could you possibly make it compatible with the newest TE version?

Any and all mods using the cofh API prev to 5.4 would now have to change things to allow for vers to use the old API and the new API depending on cofh version used
