[Question] Is there a way to disable block animations for all blocks but keep the particles?

Can I somehow disable all block animations without adding all blocks manually but keep the particles working? There is no whitelist/blacklist for them and I don’t want to disable the entire mod just to disable block placing nimations.

MC Version: 1.12.2

FBP Version: 2.4.1

Forge Version (e.g. 2604): .2860
