Pre-training .pth file needed for training?

As I am new to this not quite understanding. Can you tell me if I need to use a pre-trained weights file for deblurring training? I got an error when running directly . /deblurring/tran.py file with an error: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './M3SNetn_32_new/model_best.pth'
