Added missing DrivingFlags

I've added the fewest missing DrivingFlags from the menu.

Nothing much to say about it. Hope it'll gives a bit more context when using them now.

Thanks for the PR. Checking the native docs, I don't see the entries you've added listed - could you provide your source, please?

The Driving Flags names have been pulled out of the game gxt files. With the latest update and the new mission creators, names and descriptions for most of them are now available.

Someone should probably PR the natives reference with this update :)

And maybe I should update my style calculator too at some point...
