Right modifiers are not correctly indicated in KeyPressed/KeyReleased events.

Please explain the KeyboardHookEventArgs content in the EventLoopGlobalHook.KeyPressed event.

When I press the right Ctrl key in Windows...

  • the RawEvent/Mask shows "RightCtrl"
  • the Data/RawCode shows "163" (which, according to the Microsoft Virtual Keycode list, is the right Ctrl key),
  • the Data/KeyCode shows "VcLeftControl"

Why doesn't Data/KeyCode show "VcRightControl"?
