Error windows look different

Description

Error window of Plan Page is different from error window of Errors View

Steps to Reproduce

1. User got an error when run Plan;
2. User can see error is appeared on Plan Page;
3. User can see error indicators - Plan is highlighted (red color), Error View is highlighted(red color), Errors in the top right corner is highlighted(red color);
4. User clicks Error View or hover Errors;
5. User can see that color of error windows on Plan Page, Errors View and Errors is different ( place, where information about error is displayed).

Expected result User can see the same color of error windows (place, where information about error is displayed)
