Time selecting issue for calc_min_rho_from_Plasma2D

A problem appeared into the method tofu/geom/_core.calc_min_rho_from_Plasma2D(). The issue is when selecting the time between the raw data time t and the magnetic equilibrium time time. Only the case where time[0] < t[0] & time[-1] > t[-1] is written.
