Use SI units in rocking curve

Motivations:

In spectro/_rockingcurve.py and spectro/_rockingcurve_def.py use SI (international) units everywhere for wavelengths (m), distances (m)... to make it uniform with the rest of tofu

@adriendaros , can you take care of that on a dedicated branch from devel ?
