0 perc_obs_retained in all min_PDM_thresholds

I have all 0s in perc_obs_retained column when running metadata$min_PDM_thresholds.

My dataset's parameters are:

• rows: 317
• columns: 56
• complete cases: 284
• highest proportion of missingness per variable: 1.9%
• fraction missingness: 0.003661559

My output for metadata$min_PDM_thresholds: min_PDM_threshold perc_obs_retained 1 5 0 2 10 0 3 20 0 4 50 0 5 100 0 6 200 0 7 500 0 8 1000 0

Is the problem stemming from my dataset? Is it too small to do imputation on? Could I overcome the problem somehow?
