Move the tab bar to bottom of the window (MacOS)

Code posted here on /r/FirefoxCSS, licensed GPLv3 by author and tested by him and one other person.

Based on the comments it sounds like this also works on Windows 10, and both Australis and Photon UI, but not sure.

There may be a couple full screen bugs, see this pull request which is the same CSS but for Windows 7.

Works fine on GNU/Linux. Tested on Ubuntu with Unity.

This only seems to work with titlebar enabled, which is fair enough. Could you add that as a comment?

Furthermore, could you please update your code to adhere to the style guidelines? I try to keep code style consistent. In this repository, this means you should use 2 spaces as indentation. It is apparently not stated in the style guidelines, but I don't really like the alignment of your styles in the end, so if you want, please update that too please :)
