is there plan to support riscv cpu ? I would like to see it land on a riscv 32/64 bit cpu

Not sure what you think here. RISC OS is an OS built for ARM. If you want to run it on RISCV then it would use qemu-arm to run. When using qemu-arm on RISCV it would become very slow..
