Controllers don't stay paired after they turn off.

I have tried pairing 3 different controllers but none of them stay paired after they turn off, is there something I'm missing?

Please use the VDM Diagnostics feature. And post the VDM diagnostics output here. It gives better information about your setup. https://github.com/Timocop/PSMoveServiceEx-Virtual-Device-Manager

But my guess would be that this is a Bluetooth Adapter issue. Factory reset your BT adapter and delete the driver. Also remove all Motion Controller in the Windows BT Devices.
