Feat: Prepare an End-to-End Test to make sure changes works correctly

As you know, we must make many changes to our project, so we must ensure the app works correctly. So, we must prepare e2e tests to check our project works correctly, and due to this, we need some test cases to consider. and at the end, we have a full check after each PR.
