"chucknorr" does not output the yellowish color as in the original SO question

On this SO question, where I found a link to this tool, the OP mentions that "chucknorr" outputs a shade of yellow. In this codepen you can see that this is indeed the case. The tool doesn't give the expected rgb(192, 192, 0)
