Question : Is streaming video files possible?

Hi, may I ask if streaming video/audio is achievable with the framework? I wish to not download the video/audio file into the local device storage.

Sorry if my explanation is unclear.. I'm not a native english speaker..

Hi! Hmm, yeah, I think streaming is technically feasible.

The underlying C library, libdsm provides access to remote file data the same way as the standard file library works. So it’s possible to seek and read random chunks of the data at any location.

That being said, this particular library doesn’t have any provisions for that at the moment. It would be necessary to expose that seeking behaviour on the Objective-C level.
