Use H.265 instead of H264 for video conversion presets

This tickets open a discussion about setting H.265 as default encoder for all video conversion preset.

I don't want to duplicates presets to avoid having to much options and cluter the ui. Advanced Mode now exsists for any particular case.

What do you think about this change ?

I would like it to be used, but can't it be a drop down where it says h264 and then just have the presets left as is. That way users can set it if they want to use it.
