Can't setup the package on Windows11 22H2 Build 22621.675 Installer gives me an error code 2503 & 2502

Weird, install worked perfectly fine for me. Now build 755 and still working fine.

create a '.bat' file , and write 'X:\xxx\FileConverter-a.b.c-x64-setup.msi' to the file run it with 'Administrator'

The 2.0 (same with 2.0.2) installer freezes at the beginning for me, Win 11 23H2 fresh install.
