[Feature] Auto start app on WinBoat startup

Requesting to be able to auto-start an app, or a series of them, on WinBoat e.g. when it starts it could pop-up X browser or X app.

Use-Case

It could also work like kiosk-mode if the options of the window can be original size or full screen etc. Or at least display a specific app, or set of apps, for the user.

Proposed Implementation

Option to start apps when WinBoat commences, not when docker image boots up.
