[Bug] Unable to access webdav with WinSCP

it seems that <ip>:port/webdav/./ works in WinSCP but <ip>:port/webdav/ doesn't work. The latter gives: PROPFIND '/webdav/', Error#9 Permission Denied. And further to access file with winscp is still impossible with WinSCP because it use the latter style of path by default.
