Option to Inject Ceedling Version Macros

If :use_version_macros set to true, then automatically generated and inject defines for the following:

  • CEEDLING_VERSION_MAJOR
  • CEEDLING_VERSION_MINOR
  • CEEDLING_VERSION_BUILD
  • CEEDLING_VERSION

(following the same system as Unity and CMock versioning)
