GTA 1 frontend doesn’t scale correctly.

Why the menus in GTA 1 & 2 look so small, just in the upper left corner?

use dgvoodoo with this config dgVoodoo.zip

and rename widescreenfix dll to dinput8.

Alighnment to left means WSF isn't actually working.

This issue has been solved recently for GTA2, so I’m changing the issue title to GTA1 only.
