Clicking the X on a server in the server list attempts to connect.

When you try to remove a server by clicking the corresponding X on the listing, Steven attempts to connect rather than removing the server.

Tested and present in Build #123 https://ci.appveyor.com/project/thinkofdeath/steven-rust/build/123

Untested in previous versions.
