Ticket ID doesn't persist

I have to enter the ticket number (or scan it) every time i restart the app.

Steps to replicate:

1. Open the app.
2. Scan the code or punch it in.
3. Close the app by double pressing home button and swiping the app away
4. Re-open the app

Expected: The app remembered my ticket and my profile is available

Actual: The app asks me to scan the ticket again and my profile is unavailable

Using the app on iOS 9.3.2
