[Bug]: Section Breaks don't work after a table of content

Describe the bug First, this is a really nice editor!

I noticed that section breaks don't work after a table of content, see the screenshot for an example. Not a huge dealbreaker, but I'm a huge fan of section breaks, it keeps a document organized :^)
