[Suggestion] Add a "reapply" button for already applied theme

It'd be nice to have a Reapply button in the app, especially for when one is adding or changing icons in a theme bundle, I'm currently porting a theme over from iOS and it's mildly annoying every time I want to see my changes/additions, since I have to remove and re-apply

super minor thing, but figured I'd bring it up 🙃
