Unyson Plugin contains an unpatched security vulnerability

I use Unyson for a website. I also use the Wordfence plugin and it showed me this:

Critical Problems:

The Plugin "Unyson" has been removed from wordpress.org but is still installed on your site. Plugin contains an unpatched security vulnerability.

Is the plugin no longer available? No updates? What is recommended as a replacement?
