Project is dead.
There are so many new problems but no reaction. There have been no updates for over a year.I think the project is dead. Or is there a fork where the project will be continued?
Yep, project Development seems to be dead. But, what Kind of Problems do you have? When I Look into the issue List, I see mostly Feature requests. I still use WallPanel and for my use case it just works. I had some Problems with waking up the tablets but it seems to be fixed by switching from http to mqtt. (Maybe it is also because I used some small tweaks from a fork to Build a newer Version)
Maybe someone who's done Android development before will have to fork the project.
Depending on your expectations of functions, I started a similar app to wallpanel but with minimal functionalities.
-MQTT -Wake Up via Mqtt -battery Level via Mqtt -Dark Mode And of course a Full screen Browser.
But I have also some small bugs still present in the App (and not that much time actually to fix them).
I could Imagine to later add more Features if wished but I wanted to start from scratch with a minimal version.
