Lan Lobby and Room Options Layout Update and improvement

Suggestion for a feature to streamline the process of finding games and players (This is only a concept)

A map preview pop-up when hovering over the map name/preview icon

A server message feature to tell players what to expect before joining a game and asking for rules

A map selection filter to make finding a the right map easier and faster (while not in concept screenshot adding the ability to favorite maps to have them on separate tab would be even better for our intended goal while being easier to implement)

An switch to force pro rules to avoid cases of none sportsmanship behavior

I also suggest changing the GAME OPTIONS string to ROOM OPTIONS for greater clarity and distinction from the game settings.
