clarified which of the several static dirs the docs meant

Reading the paragraph about the manifest, since I was sitting in the root dir, I looked in cupper/static/ and not in the themes dir (which hadn't been mentioned on that page).

...although there are two places where the logo lives and it's not clear which we would change: ./static/images/logo.svg ./docs/images/logo.svg

so I may have this one still wrong.

@StommePoes Ah okay. Yeah, the theme mirrors the main file structure. As far as a user is concerned, the top level static folder is correct.
