my old bot script detect locked account written in python

if browser.title == 'Your account has been temporarily suspended' or browser.current_url.startswith("https://account.live.com/Abuse"):

I wouldn't recommand it, first because it would be complexe (unless you have a way to put a SIM card into your computer), and also because it only works for a few accounts. After 5 accounts you can still to unlock them, but they will immediatly get suspended again.
