This app works flawlessly on Windows 10, despite seemingly targeting its successor from the visual guidelines it follows.
The only slight issue in running on a system lacking Mica support being that the app's background renders fully opaque.
Were there support for Acrylic, this would make for a wondrous appearance even on "legacy" systems.
Another option would be to delegate the work to third party modifications through the existence of a toggle rendering the background transparent.
