defaultConfig and Responders

Problem Description

if 2 flavors of a Responder have a similar config item with 2 different default values:

• Enabling them a first time apply the right default value for each flavor
• Disabling and re-enabling them make their default value disappear.

In the global configuration, this value is set to "empty" and seems to be taken into account the 2nd time it is enabled.
