[Feature Request] Remove swipe loading progress if the webview is loaded 10%

Google Chrome app hide loading indicator even the website is not fully loaded. Loading indicator is kind of distracting too.

Any update on this? Would really love to remove that distracting loading indicator and have only the horizontal progress.
