1.21 issues

I assume this plugin is not ready for 1.21, i assume there is no ETA for it either.

It partially works on this version however, it does seem to zip lock the plugins

Latest PlugManX works fine for 1.21 - 1.21.5 from my testing.

Haven't tested 1.21.6 yet
