feat(hashing): add 6 advanced open addressing algorithms

• RobinHoodHashMap: PSL optimization
• HopscotchHashMap: Neighborhood caching
• CoalescedHashMap: Hybrid chaining
• FNVHashMap: FNV-1a hash function
• PowerOfTwoHashMap: Bitmask sizing
• Add comprehensive unit tests in test_advanced_hashing.py
