Describe your change:

**Added a file named "transpose_of_matrix" in matrix directory. ** i have described my steps in detail in code as best i can, this program computes the transpose of a given 2-D matrix represented as a list of lists in Python. It creates a new matrix with swapped row and column dimensions. Each element at position (i, j) in the original matrix is placed at position (j, i) in the transposed matrix. The function returns the transposed matrix without modifying the original input.
