Add InsightFace face detection and analysis example

Add InsightFace face detection and analysis example demonstrating:

• Face detection using RetinaFace
• Face embeddings using ArcFace (512-dimensional vectors)
• Extraction of facial landmarks (2D/3D), pose, age, and gender
