Add “Usage Example” section to README

@aditiagarwal34550 ji, The README currently explains the repository mission, but it would help newcomers to see a quick “Usage Example” of how to clone, run tests or implement a new algorithm. I would add a short code snippet and instructions. Skills: Markdown, very light code.
