Describe your change:

• Add an algorithm: This PR introduces a hand gesture-based volume control algorithm. The program uses OpenCV to capture video, MediaPipe to detect hand landmarks, and PyAutoGUI to control the system volume. It adjusts the volume based on the distance between the thumb and index finger:
  • If the distance exceeds a specified threshold, the system volume is increased.
  • If the distance is below the threshold, the system volume is decreased.
